A light main to replenish omega 3 and accelerate recovery
15 prep15 cookServes 2420 kcal per serving
The Story
A refined plate that sings of coastal calm. Fresh fish is glazed with concentrated tart cherry for its anti inflammatory and melatonin regenerative properties. A crunch of hemp and pumpkin seed gremolata provides texture and a nutty omega 3 forward finish. Serve with a side of mashed sweet potato or simply a wedge of avocado for luscious balance.
Use whole food fats and polyphenol rich fruit to accelerate repair. A small amount of pressed omega 3 oil integrated at the end ties the dish to cellular restoration. Recovery is both flavor and function.
