Post exercise breakfast for balance and steady energy

The Story
This skillet was conceived for mornings when movement is sacred and recovery is essential. Sweet potato brings grounding carbohydrates while hemp seeds and eggs deliver complete protein to repair and replenish. A scattering of pumpkin seeds and a slick of avocado complete the mouth feel and mineral profile, making each bite a quiet recovery ritual.
Restore with purpose. Combine plant and whole protein with mineral rich seeds and leafy greens to steady blood sugar and support tissue repair. Let simplicity and texture guide recovery rather than excess.
