20 prep30 cookServes 2420 kcal per serving
The Story
Morning light arrives on a pan of caramelized carrots and peppers. Broccolini and Brussels sprout leaves char at the edges while a gentle chickpea cream is layered beneath. The bowl is an exercise in contrast and comfort with a briny seaweed vinaigrette and a scatter of berries that hold the first sweetness of the day.
Nourish with color and contrast. Each layer builds mineral and plant protein density to sustain energy without heaviness. Herbs and seeds add bright aromatics and lasting texture.
