Slow Braised Sardines With Turmeric Beans And Shiitake

A sea born main that embraces slow heat and medicinal fungi

The Story

Slow braising coaxed a fragrant umami broth from shiitake and reishi infusion. Sardines are cooked gently into a bed of turmeric scented white beans and tender broccoli. The result is an honest coastal dish that delivers omega three fats and deep savory notes while supporting cellular maintenance with gentle sustained heat.

Slow braising is a form of culinary patience. Low steady heat unlocks collagen supporting molecules and concentrates nutrients without violence. Pairing seafood with mushrooms and turmeric invites longevity compounds to work in concert.
