A slow cooked awakening for clear thinking
20 prep60 cookServes 2420 kcal per serving
The Story
A velvet sunrise on the plate. Slow cooked root vegetables coax sweetness and earth into harmony while a chamomile and lemon balm drizzle softens the edges of a busy mind. Each spoonful invites quiet attention and crystalline focus.
Clarity is gentle. We prime the senses through time and subtle aromatics so that thought arrives unweighted. Slow heat and floral infusions create space rather than push it.
