The Story
This is a stew for gathering mind and body. A lacquered broth of vegetable stock and a whisper of cacao envelops roasted root vegetables. Cinnamon and cardamom thread through each bite while lavender and lemon balm lift the closing notes. Serve it family style as an act of centering.
Slow cooking unifies disparate elements into a coherent voice. Root vegetables ground the meal, ceremonial cacao offers bittersweet clarity, and herbal infusions calm the nervous system. The protocol is simple, ritualized and meant to be shared.
