A composed main that leans into gentle heat and deep nourishment

The Story
This plate is an ode to restraint. Salmon is gently poached to preserve oils and tenderness while beets braise slowly in turmeric scented bone broth to release earth and sweetness. A crisp crucifer slaw dressed in tart cherry and fresh herbs brightens every forkful.
Strength is built by tissues that are fed and rested. Poaching and braising conserve delicate fats and bioactives while turmeric and black pepper work in concert to support inflammation modulation and recovery.
