The Story
Sea and forest meet in a broth that sings with umami and warming spice. Plump oysters are poached in a shiitake and maitake mushroom stock enlivened by a savory garlic ginger paste. Chickpeas and tender broccoli add grounding texture and plant protein to make a dish that comforts and fortifies.
Strength in food comes from layered nourishment. Mineral rich oysters and adaptogenic mushrooms are married to a vibrant allium base so each spoonful supports immune readiness without weight.
