The Story

Designed for AURA as a ceremony of resilience this broth brings together sea and soil to fortify and uplift. Plump oysters steam gently over a fragrant mushroom stock that sings with reishi shiitake and maitake. Turmeric scented chickpea dumplings add plant protein and golden warmth while a citrus kiwi salsa with elderberry syrup brightens and balances the whole bowl.

Strength is built through synergy. Earthy mushrooms and mineral rich oysters support immune grit while garlic ginger allium foundations and turmeric lend anti inflammatory warmth. Textural contrasts of silky broth crunchy toasted pumpkin seeds and oats create a nourishing sensory practice as much as a meal.
