The Story
This is a dawn dish built for resilience. Silken salmon is gently poached in a meeting of bone broth and green tea so the fish keeps its moisture and omega rich oils. Beets and tender leafy greens fold in for color and iron while a scatter of ground flax adds earthy body. It is breakfast that steadies and strengthens without weight.
Strength is cultivated through healing fats and calm heat. Poaching gathers nutrients in the broth and keeps tissues soothed. Flax and green tea deliver steady anti inflammatory support in every layered mouthful.
