Green Density Elixir With Kelp Berry Lift
A silky cold blend of herbs seaweed and berries for mineral rich clarity
10 prep cookServes 2220 kcal per serving
The Story
This elixir was designed as a portable pocket of garden and ocean. Bright berries soften the marine notes of kelp and wakame while fresh basil and mint lift the cup into something both restorative and luxurious.
Density need not be heavy. Liquids can carry concentrated nutrients and aroma when herbs are layered and seeds are emulsified. Sip slowly to allow the body to register mineral and phytonutrient richness.

- 4Pour into chilled glasses over ice and garnish each with a small sprig of basil and a few whole berries for a layered herb finish.
- 5Allow the elixir to rest a minute before sipping so chia seeds can bloom slightly and integrate.
