A restorative bone for the internal garden

The Story
This broth is a slow chorus of roots and greens. Onion and garlic release warmth while beet and turmeric infuse a calm depth. Dandelion greens and cilantro finish as a bright invitation to the liver and lymph to refresh. It is both humble and heroic.
Broths concentrate benefits through slow extraction. Gentle simmering coaxes minerals and bitter compounds that support detox pathways. Drinking this broth regularly is a quiet practice in building internal strength and regenerative capacity.
