The Story

Mornings at the studio begin with color and heat. This hash celebrates the density of plants by marrying charred rainbow vegetables with smoky chickpeas and a glossy herb oil. A whisper of seaweed and a sprinkling of seeds evokes ocean minerals and gives each bite a lasting complexity.

Nourish through contrast. Char and roast for flavor then layer fresh herbs and oil for vibrancy. Texture and umami build a deeply satisfying plant forward breakfast that sustains energy and invites slow savoring.
