The Story

This bowl celebrates the density of the garden. Bright rainbow vegetables and charred crucifers build savory depth while a seaweed pistou adds umami and briny grace. A scatter of berries and toasted nuts brings contrast and textural punctuation, turning simple plant elements into a luxurious composition.

Nourish through abundance and contrast. Layer flavors and textures so every bite is complex yet clean. Use slow heat and direct char to concentrate sweetness and create a canvas for fresh herb aromatics and sea derived minerals.
