The Story
This gentle soup is a ritual in a bowl. Bone broth serves as a mineral dense canvas while legumes and sweet potato provide slow release energy. Tempeh and a soft poached egg lend layered protein to support tissue repair. Pumpkin seeds and hemp finish with crunch and essential fats for cellular regeneration.
Broths are central to flow because they hydratate and provide bioavailable minerals. Paired with legumes and quality protein this soup supports recovery through both fluid balance and structural rebuilding.
