Bone Broth Braised Crucifer Broth With Turmeric And Walnuts

A restorative broth that builds connective strength and calms inflammation

15 prep60 cookServes 6110 kcal per serving

The Story

This is a slow composed broth that lets bone depth meet green crucifer life. Beets and leafy greens braise gently in a rich bone broth so minerals soften into the liquid. Turmeric and black pepper knit into the warmth and a walnut finish adds plant based lipids that soothe and carry fat soluble nutrients. Serve warm to cradle the body.

Strength comes from both the minerals we absorb and the calm in which we absorb them. Braising in bone broth at low heat extracts collagen and minerals while protecting delicate phytochemicals. Avoid high heat and charring to preserve both flavor and function.
