30 prep10 cookServes 2360 kcal per serving
The Story
This bowl celebrates the slow awakening of the day. Sprouted legumes lend tender lift and bioavailable protein while matcha threads through blueberry brightness. Walnuts add omega rich fat and texture. Each spoonful is designed to support cellular repair and a clear calm focus.
Favor living foods and gentle transformation. Sprouting reduces anti nutrients and increases enzymatic activity. Pairing vibrant polyphenol rich berries with green tea catechins supports antioxidant networks that help protect and renew cells.
